My Story
Why I Became a Coach
I trained with Sara Davison, a leading figure in Breakup and Divorce Coaching, and went on to become a Master Practitioner. I understand what it's like to face life's hardest decisions when everything feels uncertain.
My specialist training, combined with my own experience, helps me understand the emotional and practical complexities. I've lived through what leaving truly involves: the practical realities, the emotional journey, and the path forward. This lived experience, combined with my professional training, helps you make a clearer, more informed decision about whether staying or leaving is right for you.
I support both outcomes. Some of my clients choose to work on their relationships with renewed clarity. Others choose to leave. My job is to help you decide from a place of confidence, not fear.

My Journey and Professional Background
I was in a 13-year relationship that looked perfect from the outside: successful businesses, multiple homes, and a strong career. But inside, I felt lost. For years, I stayed because I was afraid, afraid of losing everything, afraid of being wrong.
When I finally left, I didn't just leave my partner. I left my home country of Hungary and moved to the UK where I knew only two people. I lost the financial security I'd worked so hard for and had to start everything from scratch. It was lonely and difficult, but it was also the beginning of my transformation. Over time, I learned how to heal, how to rebuild my life. That experience is one of the reasons I understand how complicated the decision to stay or leave can be.
Alongside my coaching practice, I've spent over 20 years in the corporate world supporting executives with international relocations and managing high-stakes events. This has given me deep insight into navigating major life and career changes managing complex situations and helping people move forward with the path ahead isn't always clear.
